The Finance Transformation team started work on 26th September, making us one of the newer Service Excellence Programme Teams.
So far we have run a series of workshops to map out how each of the current finance processes work. Each workshop involved a small sample group of staff representing each of the Colleges and Support Groups, who created an overview of how the process is used, and any problems they have experienced.
If you missed the workshops, don’t worry as we’re now going through a process of validating the workshop findings, which means we are looking for opinions from people across the University, so you still have a chance to have your say. If you would like to take part in the validation, please get in touch with us and let us know.
